Appearance
The Bright Lady of Pain appears as a small childlike girl of an elfin appearance. She stands no taller than 5', but she can be as short as 4'6". Her beauty is hard to compare, and is tempered by an aura of innocence, but yet she has the hint of sex about her...like a sweet odor you cannot name.
Her hair and eye color change, based upon the desires she reads from her prey. Almost any hair or eye color is possible, what her target wants she can be...but always in the form of a young girl of no more than 16 years old.
Personality
The Bright Lady is like a spoiled child, she sees what she wants and she has to have it now. She is the consumate lover, playing the role of the submissive little girl and causing most men, and a fair number of women to wish to take her in the most perverse sexual ways.
Her psyche is based on lust and dark depravity, sex in all of its most perverse forms are her specialties. But she is not a one-dimensional creature. She enjoys the wordplay and politics with her fellow Gentry. Watching the blood flow in the arena, is her secret pleasure, and she treasures her arena warriors almost as much as her lovers.
For her lovers, she has coined the name of her "dolls", only those that she finds the most perverse and pleasurable ever recive this title from her.

For to be one of her beloved "dolls" is not something that any a sane being would wish. Even if you wished nothing but sexual pleasure for eternity, the sexual pleasure she gives comes at a dark price. Her changelings must delve into their deepest darkest desires to hold her attention, and she has an amazing ability to read what those desires could be. Making you act out the perversions you do not wish to even mention to yourself, has caused many a changeling to go utterly mad.
She delights in altering her "dolls" physical being. While one day you may be male as you were on earth, the next finds you female, so you may feel what your desires are on the oppisite sex. A few of her most beloved "dolls" have both sexes now, and cannot remember what they were before she took them. Only a few have not been altered in this way, and this is usually as their capicity to pleasure her, in myraid different ways, are more valuable to her, than a momentary lapse of gender. But even those who become her guards and diplomats, still must partake of her sexual deviance, and the male changeling you trained in the arts of war the night before, is now a lovely girl you must perform with to keep your head.
But the Bright Lady is not only about taking someone to the heights of sexual depravity, she enjoys watching the flow of blood, almost as much as intimate caresses. She has an arena, where she pits those shes grown bored with, or those who dont measure upto her expectations. Few enter her arena and survive, and many who are her "dolls', wish that she would put them in the arena.
Changelings
The Bright Ladys Changelings, are almost always fairest. She does not wish to surround herself with the unattractive. A few rare changelings such as the Ogre, have come from her stables, but even then they are striking in their beauty. She tends to play with her dolls bodies in ways that most of the other Gentry do not. The female lovers and dolls she creates tend to be crafted in her image, small and girlish, even though they may be full grown adult women, they always look like they were underage little girls when leaving. The male dolls she tends to craft, with a more eglatarian outlook. Males are usually crafted to pleasure her, in both her own bed, and in the arena, which she also enjoys.

Privateers and Loyalists
The Bright Lady does not employ Privateers, as she enjoys hunting her own dolls. This being the case, most Privateers who try to deal with her, end up as one of her dolls, much to their pain and her pleasure.
Loyalists are a slightly different story. Most Changelings who escaped her clutches would be hard pressed to do combat with her, or to ignore her wishes. She does not actively attempt to control them, but should they cross paths, most would do anything to have her take pleasure with them again. Those who offer her their servces upon a chance meeting, and with the Gentry is anything truly chance, are not taken back to her Home in Arcadia, but are allowed to roam free. She will take pleasure with them and after doing so in the mortal world, they are tagged. Like animals realeased back into the wild, where she watches them. Those fools who do take their pleasure with her, are even further in her clutches, for if they fall truly in love, she will begin to play evil games upon them.

Any Changeling Created by The Bright Lady must take the merit Striking Looks of at Least 2
While most of her changelings will be Fairest, she does make a few of other Kiths, mostly for arena Combat, or to make her toys to pleasure her dolls. So wizened are a common kith, especially Artists, Brewers, Smiths, and Chirugeons.
