What follows is a partial document, and its contents are regularly being updated and enhanced to include more content from the original.

It is encumbent upon all Lost to find their place within this, the new world, and in doing so to garner for oneself a balance upon which existence may be made more livable. In as much it is also the duty of every Lost to take into his care, and onto his shoulders, the weight of responsiblity that is his fellow Lost. To lead where there is confusion, to grant courage where there is fear, to impose order where there is chaos, that the madness might be made more beautiful for those around us. Therefore do we hold it as self evident that in unsound mind and unsound body we are made weaker, and must unify under one driving goal of social order in essence to overcome our communal frailties to take a firm stand from the darkness against the scourging light and destabilize the forces of occupation that The Others Represent.

By the rule of Five shall the four be made as one, frozen in unity, unyielding in their tenacity, as constant as the poles. Let no fractious crack sever this compact. Let no spring rain nor summer blaze wash away this glacial resolve. May the hollows of fear be crushed beneath the rigid weight of responsibility, and together the four be forged into a weapon more strong than any sum of its parts. This then, is the Pledge.
