Timeline
1791 - L'Enfant taken and returned
1792 - The safehouse that was to become Blooming Oak is established by L'Enfant
1995 - Gryphon escapes and settles in DC, begins getting a new identity and working her way into the police.
1997 - Jex escapes to the NE.
1999 - Lalita and Manju Das arrive from India.
1999-2000 - Jirinka returns across the Hedge in DC. She makes her way to Blooming Oak.
2000- Charlie Case returns from the hedge and enters changeling society via Blooming Oak
October 2002 - Kit appears in the Anacostia area, though is not seen as part of society for about 4 years.
Early 2003 - C.J. escapes across the Hedge.
October 2003 - Lysle returns across the Hedge near DC. After running with the Barrow Gang, she finds her way to Blooming Oak.
2005 - Jirinka takes control of Blooming Oak.
