The Fixer is equally liked and despised. He is the face to the underbelly of society. If you need something, he will find a way for it to be done. Need Goblin delicacies for a last minute party. He can get them, need something to disappear? Well, that will cost a bit more. There are only two things that people everyone can agree on. He gets the job done, and he is discrete.
Known History
The Fixer appeared 3 years ago, at a small gathering on the East Coast. His reputation, quickly grew as his clients weren't near a discrete as he was. A factor that he seemed to expect. No one is quite sure if the Fixer is one person, or a motley, but whoever they/he is, if they are a true representative, they are always willing to swear an oath to the death, that they are the Fixer, before sealing the contract, if it is necessary. He shows up to many a gathering across the U.S., but how to contact him is well known. All you have to do is go to one of many innocuous web sites, and leave a message on the contact us section, or just find him at any of the large gatherings he attends.
