Beyond the Foo Lions and their guarded archway lays the casino floor...

The 16th floor of the Brunswick building houses the renown The Green Tael Casino. When you enter the floor from the main elevator a different world stands before you, one that combines Elements of Ancient China and Modern Steel. On the floor, the Motley Emblem of the Chien-lung Coin is patterned alerting all who enter the Casino that they are under the Hospitality of the Immortal Storm Triad. Women in Chinese inspired clothes stand in front of an arch guarded by two impressive Foo Lions passing out special tokens to guests. Two Chinese characters are carved into the wooden arch - meaning "Good Times". As one looks around fountains, mirrors, wood, and steel are decorative elements in the room.

Fortune awaits you...

The gaming floor is a mix of sounds, sights, and smells. There is excitement hanging in the air ready to be plucked. Costumed wait staff carry around trays of drinks and snacks. The casino boasts table games like texas hold 'em, black jack, and a growing favorite mahjong. Players sit focused at tables studying the odds and the other players. Guests gather behind velvet ropes to watch the intensity. It is a common knowledge that the casino has developed more than one entry to the world series of mhjong in Macau. Those standing around the Mahjong table watch as the tiles click and clack musically. Adding to the cacophony of sound and sight are the flashing lights and musical notes that denote the slot machines. Patrons pull the handles and chance their luck. On the far side of the room one whole wall is devoted to the various televised races and sports that guests can place a wager. Additionally, the casino has a generous policy on marker limits and accepts applications at guest services. Guest may always seek to join the exclusive player's club called the Fortunate Ox Club. Members receive preferential treatment, exclusive buy-in's, weekend game packages, and free entry to tournaments. Overall, patrons can amuse themselves in extraordinaire style.

Let us entertain you!

The 16th floor shares some of the square footage with the "Tael"ent Stage. The theater seats a mere 400, the stage is resplendent in Chinese architecture. The use of Chinese color here is important. The seats and much of the architecture is done in yellow tones. The stage curtain is a backdrop of a Chinese harbor where water and wood make another appearance. Elements of metal give a flashy look and border the room encasing the room in a boxed effect. The stage plays host to a number of acts consisting of Comedy, Drama, and Dance. The first two rows are reserved for special guests of the Casino and are filled on any given occassion. There exist private boxes along the wall and those are rumored to host only the most influential people.
