Age: Sounds to be in his 30’s, perhaps 40’s with a glint of heavy experience in his eyes.
Concept: Hedge Highwayman – in other words rogue, thief, vagabond, etc…
Physical description: He stands approximately 5'10", with broadening shoulders. In addition, he is heavily wrapped in a beautifully woven and intricately patterned black French highwayman’s leather cloak and a dark leather tri-horn hat. Covering his face entirely is a white-ivory masquerade mask with grey-catlike piercing eyes that seems to hold a veterans distant gaze. He adorns black leather gloves and worn dark brown leather riding boots. Various hedge trinkets dangle from various places on his coat.

Known History
Basic Timeline: He has mysteriously appeared sometime in the mid-1990’s along the hedge roads of North East U.S. performing dubious activities.
Late 90’s again, vague descriptions of him are rumored and told like ghost stories of a hedge rider, who performs dark dealings is the South East U.S. bordering Georgia and Florida.
Present- His activities have been more noticed but still his activities and motives are rumored. He has been said that he robs hob-gobs and slays hedge beasts to use in dark rituals, bounty-hunts, deals in contracts with other shady and unworldly beings.
Current Activities:
He now wanders the roads of the hedge from West Palm Beach, FL – Miami, FL. He has been seen doing menial contracts for changelings along the freeholds and making contracts. He is usually being shot at or stabbed at every freehold he encounters within Florida.
As of late the usual larger rumored activities of The Highwayman have ceased. There has been reports of him making many deals with goblins, hobgoblins, and hedgebeasts of late.
