The Lady in Red
She is one of the few Gentry that actually takes pride in the fact that she is the one that crosses the Hedge to claim her slaves. She rules her household and her domain with an iron fist, but is sometimes nowhere to be found. Her primary purpose for aquiring new mortals is for slaves and entertainment. Her secondary reason is for experimentation on the human condition. She is baffled by emotion and seeks to draw out the strongest ones she can. Fear seems to be the fore runner in her house hold, but quickly followed by anger. She has been known to take lovers, keep pets, train slaves, and aquire gaurds. She spends most of her time experimenting on those that she aquires, so it is not unheard of for her to place one of the mortals in charge of the others. When she decides to take someone from their home, she watches them for quite awhile. She then makes a bargain with them, promising them that their "earthly desires" will come true. When she takes them to Arcadia, she sets up a fetch in their lives with the means and drive to accomplish her end of the bargain. She never states that they will be there to enjoy it.
