The Oath
The following oath was revealed after watching a film reel that was found in the time capsule from 1966 that was buried in the ruins of the Clearinghouse:
"I, the Autumn Queen, swear on the City I hold dear, to educate my brothers in the face of Madness, to calm the howling of the winds at windows and to make the lands that rend our flesh as comfortable as our own beds. Should I suffer any Lost to bring death to one of our own through foolishness, may the minds of I and mine grow feeble and weak. I shall be Queen as long as I am feared by my own. Let this be my riddle until the day I die."
