Overview

"The Silhouette Guardians" is a motley formed by three Changleings who escaped the Hedge together, and had dedicated themselves to ensuring that they never fall back into Arcadia's clutches. They hunt down instances of Fae activity in the real world, determine whether or not it could pose a threat to themselves, other Changelings, and unsuspecting mortals. If it is a threat to mortals, or themselves, they destroy it. If it a danger to another Changeling, they give him a chance to offer remuneration or reward in exchange for their handling of the problem. If it two great a threat for them to handle, they regroup and recruit aid if them feel if presents too great a danger to be allowed to run about unchecked.

Membership

The Silhouette Guardians are a close-knit bunch who base themselves on the idea of the balance of opposing forces, such as light and dark, male and female, masculine and feminine, Summer and winter, yin and yang. To that end, they only allow their members to be composed of male members of the Summer Court and female members of the Winter court, with each side garnering slightly different boons to reflect the strength in the balancing of their roles. Their pledge is a variation of the standard Motley Oath, with the Dreaming Task and two Adroitness boons tacked on.
