The Twilight King
From Changeling Venue
The entity known as the Twilight King has been known and feared by the Lost for years, even decades. It is thought that he/she has existed for centuries but time has made such difficult to discern. That said, what is known of this being is colored by legend and rumor, whispers in the night, a tale told around fires and in the witching hour of the night.
The stories say that the Twilight King was once an Overlord (as things are judged) in the lands of the Others, that he/she played the Great Games of the True Fae and was a master of many holding vassalage over her/his peers in the odd politics that they relish. But as all things come to pass the Twilight King overstepped her/himself and committed some breach of faith or vow and was collectively cast out by those self same peers, banished from the Lands of Arcadia into the dark mundanity of the mortal world.
Not satisfied with her/his lot the Twilight King vowed to retake her/his place amongst the Shining Host and until such time has been rumored to state the Hedge itself as her/his domain. Beyond this supposition the Lost know that there is a being of vast power who is traverses the Hedge, and it is said that this being has made it her/his mission to lure, entice, trick and lead mortals and changelings alike into the Hedge and therein take them into captivity.
Some are enslaved into her/his own private force of hobgoblins, monsters, and beings long since bereft of their humanity; others are rumored to be sold into slavery as the Twilight King barters with those allies of his that remain among the landed True Fae, trading new victims and pawns for favors and influence.
Many a freehold have warnings whispered to it's vassals, ware the Hedge at sun's rise and set, where the light of the waning or waxing moons, for it is then that the Twilight King sits upon his thrown of doors and by her/his hand you shall be taken.
Some dismiss it as an Autumn tale, but many watch the skies and look into the shadowed depths and fear.

DESCRIPTION
Appearance: The Twilight King is said to be a being of terrible beauty of indeterminate gender, both male and female both at once embodying the aspects of beauty and harshness of both forms. With skin that borders on dusky hues, it generally found in raiment of shadow, twilight, and mist; a crown of light surrounds it's brow made of the colors of moonrise and sunsets.
Portfolio: The Twilight King wields an unnatural power of things "in between" claiming such as it's domain. Portals, transitions, and those things that caught between life and death all hear it's call, or so the legends go.
Characteristics: The Twilight King tends to send its minions (loyalists and lesser creatures of the Fae) to lure mortals and changelings into the Hedge and thereby take them into custody for trespassing. He/She hunts the wilds for Hollows and has been known to call those residing there to task forcing them into slavery, servitude and/or fealty. Many of the people he/she captures are sold or traded away to other True Fae in exchange for tokens and favors of some alien bent.
Resources: Besides a rather vast array of powers, or at least rumors of such, the Twilight King seems most capable at managing and controlling minions. It is said that many of the wyld hunts that take place within the Hedge are at his calling. He holds the leash and vassalage of many loyalists along with a menagerie of creatures from dreams and nightmares both.
Details: The Twilight King is a "banished" True Fae, reputedly once known as the Sovereign of Falling Stars, as such he/she is notably weaker than the "landed" True Fae of Arcadia; however this is akin to saying that one the moon is smaller than the earth... it's all the same if you're the size of an ant.
