Public Knowledge of The Web

Though no knowledge of The Web is certain outside The Web itself, including its membership, it is known that Killian acts as the frontman for The Web investigating and recruiting changelings of wildly varied backgrounds, abilities, courts and contacts. The Web is a small Motley but it encompasses nearly everything its members need - from assassins to fixers, hackers to spies.
