The Wonderland Wine Bar and its exclusive vineyard, Dreamwood Retreat® are dedicated to finding and making the highest quality wines the world over. Our owners are committed to bringing you the finest wines while keeping prices reasonable so you can enjoy more with us!
The idea behind The Wonderland Wine Bar is to have lots of fun trying new and fantastic things. Where else can you try new wines from around the world, your favorite single malt scotches or bourbons, or great dessert wines to go with your sweet tooth after dinner?
To sample and compare some of the world's greatest wines or spirits, simply order a "chase." We offer three 2-ounce pours of your selected wines, or three ¾-ounce pours of your favorite spirits -- for the same price you might pay for a single six-ounce glass or double shot.
Food Menu
Owner and Executive Chef Lily Carters is the talent behind The Wonderland Wine Bar’s exceptional cuisine. Chef Lily has trained in both in France and the Mediterranean, and incorporates this influence into her culinary style. Our experienced chefs combine their talents to showcase the freshest seasonal ingredients sure to please all palates.
We proudly offer two different menus. The Wonderland Wine Bar's two distinct menus ensure all our guests receive the dining experience they desire.
Dinner Menu
Our Dinner Menu features small plates: from soups and salads to desserts. The food is presented in a way that it is easy and fun to mix and share. Every time you dine it can be a unique experience!
Multi-Course Tasting Menu
Our Chef's Multi-Course Tasting Menu. This menu features small plate courses, each course perfectly paired with wine by our Sommelier Cage Adams. A private wine dinner right at your table!
Wine/Spirit Chases
At The Wonderland Wine Bar, we would love for you to try a little bit of everything. Wine and spirits can be such mysterious and daunting subjects, we'd like to take a simpler approach and let you taste, taste, taste!
We offer chases of wines and spirits for you to compare and contrast, to try something new and different, without intimidation. With our wine chases, you receive two ounces of three different—yet related—wines, along with a quick explanation of each so that you can enjoy the distinct nuances of the wines side by side. Ordering a spirit chase gives you the opportunity to experience the intriguing individual characteristics of three spirits, with a ¾ ounce pour of each.
Never had a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc? Ever heard of a gewürztraminer grape? Ever compare a potato vodka to one made from rye? Now is your chance to try! Want to know what wine goes best with our braised Kobe beef short ribs? Decide for yourself by ordering a red wine chase! Find your favorite and order a bottle! Wine is diverse and fun. Please enjoy!

Wine List
The wine list consists of three distinct sections:
- First, our Global Fusion Wine List which contains wines from nearly every country in the world. Some you may recognize while others are little gems we have discovered and would love to introduce to you.
- Second, our Vintage Wine List which features some older classic vintages as well as some of the most sought after wines by enthusiasts. We always look forward to offering you these luxurious wines and sharing a classic taste.
- Finally, our Specialty Wine List of exclusive Dreamwood Retreat® wines is lovingly crafted from the finest grape varietals known and prized by experts everywhere. We put so much care into the crafting of our wines, you'd swear it was magical!

Dreamwood Retreat® Amaranthine, Winter Park Hedge, 2005.
Deep red highly aromatic with a bouquet of cherries, apples and spices. It starts wet and sweet and finishes smooth and crisp. Excellent legs. Best at room temperature. 3 servings, $50.00 US a bottle.
Dreamwood Retreat® Bramble Pear, Oviedo Hedge, 2006.
Light and sweet, similar to most Rieslings. A bouquet of citrus and pear. Starts sweet and then finishes with a slightly sour bite. 3 servings, $25.00 US a bottle.
Dreamwood Retreat® Briar Apple, Orlando Hedge, 2005.
A Christmas-like bouquet of fruit and spices. Pungent aroma like that of a Christmas drink, strong mouth feel finishes clean. Recommended for winter festivities and gatherings. 3 servings, $35.00 US a bottle.
Dreamwood Retreat® Dreamgrape, Windermere Hedge, 2006.
A rosy blush. This is a sweet wine, comparable to most German Eiswine. Complicated flavors that seem to grow on each other with each sip. The bouquet evolves as you drink. Leaves a very satisfied mouth feeling. 3 servings, $26.00 US a bottle.
Dreamwood Retreat® Honey fruit, Winter Park Hedge, 2004.
A bouquet strong with the scent of honey, grape and citrus. Very rich mouth feel, comparable to mead. 3 servings, $28.00 US a bottle.
Dreamwood Retreat® Sky Berry, Cleremont Hedge, 2007.
A light airy floral bouquet with hints of blueberries and blackberries with a gentle citrus background. It hits the palate with a flavor almost identical to the bouquet. Taken from the upper levels of the hedge in the area. A deep blue colored wine. Drinks like a white, best as a desert wine. 4 servings, $38.00 US a bottle.
Dreamwood Retreat® Thatch Berry, Oviedo Hedge, 2006.
Another red. A very floral bouquet, sturdy legs, a rich mouth feel, flavors of raspberry and blackberry, with an oak undertone. Shelf for up to 1 year. Best served chilled. 3 servings, $20.00 US a bottle.
Price tiers
The Wonderland Wine Bar's customers will find wine selections on three tiers, insuring a great selection:
- First, have fun with the chases of wine and wines by the glass, over 25 selections, where we will introduce you to new affordable wines from around the world. Energize your palate, while sharing with your friends.
- At the next level, you may select from our list of over 200 labels. Our specialists will assist you in finding a great, affordable wine from one of the 15 major wine producing regions of the world.
- And finally, our Sommelier can show you the Reserve Library of special wines and champagnes we keep deep in our wine cellar. The Wonderland Wine Bar stores many of the highest-rated wines for very special occasions.
Wine Club
You may have seen this saying before, “Life’s too short to drink bad wine,” and it is oh so true. The Wonderland Wine Bar's Wine Club is all about having fun while learning about the great wine producing regions of the world.
Except for the initial commitment to join, our wine club is a no-obligation organization. Periodically we will e-mail a newsletter that announces the wine tastings and wine dinners for that month. You can pick and choose the events you wish to attend, and then call us to make your reservations. Most events will be limited to 20 to 25 people, so making reservations early is a good idea.
But there's more! We will hold special private events for Wine Club members only. Plus you may always make reservations for any of our public wine tastings and wine dinners, and take advantage of our special, reduced pricing for Wine Club members.
To join The Wonderland Wine Bar Wine Club you simply fill out a short application and pay the $50 initiation fee that includes some exciting benefits for you:
- A $50 gift card for use at The Wonderland Wine Bar or for orders of Dreamwood Retreat® wines.
- 20% savings on wine tastings and wine dinners (per member).
- 10% savings for you and a friend each time you dine at The Wonderland Wine Bar.
