Thomas Linden
From Changeling Venue
A scruffy boy, "young Thomas", as he was often called, seemed to arrive with Adamant in the same clock work manner that the hound echoed the train whistle. Ever on Adamant's heels Thomas was an ardent supporter of the war effort... actually he was an ardent supporter of whatever Adamant wanted done. If Adamant said something, Thomas would be the first to say "yeah!", generally with a pointing finger, no matter how rude it might have been.
The weasely little yes-man of a beast kith never talked of his time before he returned from the hedge. He was a big man once; all pro in high school and full ride to the University of Washington for football, Thomas had a promising life before him. Something about the other side beat the A-type personality out of him. Something broke him.
Thomas was no longer the same. Once the beacon others fawned towards now he needed to latch on to others. So he found the strongest, most egotistical Changeling he could; he found Adamant, and he almost never left his side. When Adamant laid plans to wage war on the Others through the hedge Thomas was his most fervid supporter, though not the strongest.
When Adamant failed to return from the hedge, it came as no surprise to anyone that young Thomas didn't either.
