Overview

Alias(es): Piper

Real Name: Thomas Leonidas McHale

Age: 24

Concept: Thieving friend of all things experimented upon.

Entitlement: None

Physical description: Piper stands 5'5" when standing straight, something he seldom does. He is slight and slender in both mien and mask and has a severely injured left arm, always bandaged. That arm tends to twitch and spasm without Piper's control and he'll frequently have to use his good hand to fight that one back to the lay at his side and calm for a bit.

Mask: He appears as a drab, pale blonde haired white-male in his middle 20's. Exceptionally non-descript and with nervous, quiet movements. In this form his arm manifests as simple burns and scars and he uses the excuse his house burned down when he was a child

Mien: He appears as a strange combination of rat and human. With a twitching pink nose and blood-red eyes staring out from the heavy dusting of fur that begins at his temples and his cheeks and vanishes dwon the back of his shirt. A bare, swaying tail trails behind him, twitching when he gets excited. In his mien his arm appears to be scarred by chemicals, fire, and slashed through with electrical burns. It still moves and twitches, violently at times.

Known History

Basic Timeline:

1955 - Born in the abject poverty of the worst parts of Atlanta

1960 - Orphaned by his drug-addict mother and left to die in the streets

1960 to 1970 - Lives on the streets of Atlanta as a homeless boy. Its here he learned to steal, to fight and to hide.

Two years passed for Piper, but time whirred by in reality and upon his escape he climbed from the 20 gallon soup pot of the now abandoned soup kitchen he once frequented. It was now 2000.

February 21, 2000 - Re-entered society as best he could, using the abilities stolen from The Gentry to thieve and steal enough to keep him alive.

2001 - Joined the freehold of Atlanta and served it as a seldom-fighter and often-thief, obtaining in 'trade' the simple things people just had to have.

Current Activities: Cultivating his relationship with Atlanta's rats, a process he calles 'networking' and continuing to sustain himself with petty theft of 'things people don't need'.

Rumors

The electricity that was used on him is still in him and on occasion he'll bring it out, though it terrifies him to do so.

He is able to locate any object or item with the number "231" scrawled upon it.

His eyes never blink.

His Keeper took him during his execution via electric chair for a 23-person serial murder spree. To this day, the county sheriff where it happened won't talk about what was left in the chair when it was all over.
