Alias(es): Toad, Kathryn (Kate) Matthews

Real Name: Alicia Jacobs

Age: Appears to be in her mid to late 30s (in 2007)

Concept: Time didn't move on for anyone but her

Physical description: To all appearances Toad is small, irregardless of whether she is taller than you, she is small in your mind. She has long fingers which she is almost consistently twitching or moving, although that may be because she has a small puzzle that she is consistently breaking and putting back together (one of the interconnecting blocks that comes together to form a star).

In her mein, her fingers are webbed between the knuckles of each hand, and she appears to have lumps on them. Her skin has a greeny-brown tinge to it. Her hair is a muddy brown colour and is messy and thin. Her face has large eyes which protrude and her nose is best described as two slits in the centre of her face. Her ears are small, almost completely hidden by the mess of thin hair.

Current Activities:

Toad was the replacement Autumn Mayoress of The Freehold of the Moonstones following the death of the original Mayor. Upon the ascending of the Winter Mayor she returned to being the Autumn Councillor.

Toad works as a carer and social worker at a Children's Home for Birmingham County Council.

She also houses the new-returnees to Birmingham and supports them until they find their feet, at which point she will extract a promise of aid in the future from them.

She's currently also acting as the usher for the The Freehold of the Moonstones.
