Physical description:

• Mien: Tom isn't as big as most ogres, but he's as crooked as a bolt of lightning. The immediate word that most apply to him is "looming", and its not inappropriate: Tom tends to loom over most people, making up for his lack of bulk with an overabundance of height...and a personality that makes him seem all the bigger still. His nose is long and hooked, and his left eye sports a permanent squint, as if he were giving everything he sees the Evil Eye. It doesn't help that his teeth look like a dental nightmare, jagged and broken, or that he has that odd habit of looking you right in the eye...and then licking his lips, hungrily.
• Mask: Tom's mask is much more appealing than his mien. He's still tall, but the loom is gone. His nose has been broken a few too many times to set quite right, he sports a scar over his left eye from one too many boxing matches, and his cauliflower ears are just small enough to not be too noticeable. He keeps his red hair well trimmed alongside his thread barren goatee, and prefers dark colored clothing, mostly jeans, leather jackets, and rumbled button-up shirts.

Basic Timeline:

• 197?: One Robbie Burns Day, Tom Wallace and his gang were camped out in a pub in Glasgow. At some point at night, the clock stopped, and in walked a bunch of English bikers, ready for a fight. Of course, by that point everyone had had just enough to drink that they ignored the fact that the bikers had horns. And claws. And possibly teeth.
• Arcadia: The clock on the wall stopped sometime after midnight, and somewhere in between the drinking, the fighting, the impromptu game of football using someone's motorbike helmet, the cursing, further fighting, and even more drinking, the clock never quite seemed to reach 3am. Eventually one of the Englishman pulled out a pocket watch and informed his friends that it was time to go. There was more drinking, general cheering, and about the time the sun was coming up, everyone realized that the bar was empty except for them...and that it would probably be a good time to stagger home.
• 1998: Unfortunately they all stumbled out the door...into Canada. Twenty years later.

Current Activities: Tom'o'Troubles and his gang of toughs have taken a decade to build up their presence in Charlottetown. They have a pub, they run the crime on the docks, and generally have a great deal of fun doing what they do best: drinking, stealing, fighting...and drinking and fighting.
