Overview
Alias(es):
- Tris the Smith
- Brutus the Blacksmith (Performance name)
Mortal Name: Aedan Dardanos
Birth Name: Lugh Ferguson
Age: 31
Concept: Love Shattered to Pieces
Keeper: The 13th
Physical description: Tris is a young man, early thirties, with a mop of brown hair and piercing blue eyes. He's tall, strikingly (Striking Looks x2) so, standing about 6'6" tall and easily 220 pounds. Tris is incredibly well muscled, and has deeply tanned skin; both are as a result of his day job working as a blacksmith at various Renaissance Faires around the world.
Tris's Fae Mein is a bit different, standing even taller and adding another good twenty pounds of solid muscle. His face and jaw have a distinctively menacing appearance to them, with long sharp teeth in his mouth. Tris very rarely opens his mouth, hiding his teeth. Those that see him without a shirt (Which is often the case when he's working at the forge) can see just over a dozen scars from what would appear to be a thorned whip on his back. If one counts, there are 13 nearly identical scars made with the whip (13 thorns on the whip as well) and then one that is higher up on his back, as though it was done by Tris himself.

Background:
Lugh is age thirteen. The boy who would become Tris is sitting in a field bordered by a mundane hedge with his One True Love. One of the rare times when love is so obvious, even at 13 the pair knew they would always love each other. However, even with True Love, she was at times insecure. And so she asked Lugh just how much he loved her. Now, the field they're in is public property. The hedge is the edge of mean Farmer McGregor's property. He's well known to have a shotgun and a hatred of all people, especially children. No one is allowed to go into his hedgebushes. Or he'll shoot them. Lugh looks to the hedgebushes, and spies a gap, and beyond it a huge shining apple. Lugh swears that he loves her enough to go into the Hedge, braving the farmer, and get the apple. She declares that no one could possibly love her that much. Lugh gets up, and runs down the field, into the Hedge. He never comes out. He spent his entire durance doing everything he could to get away and get back to her. 13 years pass. At the very end of those years, he's loaned to another Keeper, who wishes this incredibly strong Ogre to help with the beating of a Porcelain Doll manikin. The other keeper's security is far more lax. He escapes, along with the doll.
