In his mortal appearance, Tristan appears as a healthy, well-muscled young man in his late twenties. His slate-blue eyes often appear haunted. His sandy blond-brown hair is long, and is frequently kept in a ponytail and covered with his favorite hat. He has a short-cropped beard covering his face, and Celtic knotwork tattoos running up his arms.

  • Fae Mien:

Tristan's Fae Mien is a good deal more intimidating. Covered with fine grey-white hair, the tattoos on his arms look more like darkly colored hairs than ink beneath the skin. His powerful hands end with cat-like claws. His canine teeth are more pronounced, and his eyes have large dark-spots, like the tear-track markings on a cheetah, beneath them. His hair is loose and unkempt, and forms a slight mane on his neck and back, like the scruff of a wolf's neck. Two feathers are tied into his hair.

Current Activities:

Currently, Tristan is spending time at Cavanaugh's Home for the Wayward, tending to the horses that live on the ranch and spending a lot of time getting counseling with Cavanaugh. When not on the Ranch, he's acting as a bouncer at Club Chandra in Harrisburg.

Associations & Associates

  • Richard Cavanaugh. Tristan both works and receives counseling at Cavanaugh's Home for the Wayward. While mostly there as a patient, Cavanaugh lets him help out by tending the horses and cattle at the ranch, as the work seems to moderate Tristan's behavior. Under no circumstances will Cavanaugh allow him near the children though, due to Tristan's often-violent reactions to seeing young girls in any sort of distress.
  • Ashika. One of the other members of The Crimson Bay Corsairs, Ashika is largely responsible for bringing Tristan out of his fury-induced beast-haze during their time in Faerie. Ashika and Tristan met when Tristan was loaned to Ashika's keeper, The Marquis of Crimson Seas. They attempted escape once during the Red Nettle Revolt, and finally succeeded in 2005, stealing one of the Marquis' ships and escaping through the watery Hedge near the Susquehanna river in Harrisburg until they wrecked it.
