Physical description: Mask: In her twenties, soft lines from laughter etch her face, as she speaks softly with a dazed air about her. Her hair which is long is corn rowed and has ribbons and yarns braided into it along with beads. She dresses in homespun garments, and clothing that one would think is 2nd and 3rd time hand me downs looking at the wear they have been given. Her eyes even when focused seem distant and looking beyond the target of her gaze.
Mien: Her movement is like a sapling in harsh winds, as if movement is even now is new to her. Soft weeping branches wrapped in ribbon and charms cascade down from her head. Her fingers and toes are slightly elongated and as she stands, her toes dig into the soil. The unknown rests in her eyes, as looking into them is akin to staring into a hollow of an old tree.

Known History
Basic Timeline: In 1968, A young outspoken girl went to a peace rally. Full of ideas, beliefs and a love of life, she disappeared into a crowd. The person who reappeared to her parents relief, was a lack luster girl who wore bras, returned to school, and ended tragically working in a cubical. "A dull life, not even living really, that is why I didn't fight to get that world back." At least that is what Vicky says.
1952: Vicky is born to a conservative family
1965: Vicky is pulled into the "scene" by an over whelming desire to make change
1968: attended Peace Rally and Easter Be-In in central park, was abducted, helping a lost child in the crowd
1968-1999: in Faerie
1999: Apirl 12th, Escaped Faerie with co-captive Malic Stitch
2000: Meets Aaron a strong courtier of the spring court and looks to him as a mentor.
2000: leaves behind Nyc and Stitches and begins to hitch hike cross country
2000-2002: (open for ties in areas between Nyc and Fresno CA)
2002: meets belladonna spends a great deal of time with her until the "betrayal"
2003: meets Vladimir Karakov at a festival, and forms a lovely business arangement
2003: Spends half a year traveling and living with Ignacio Itztli
2004: Meets Dr Somnus during a small misunderstanding with local authorities in his city
2003-2004: Hitch hikes to Austin, Tx, forms Motley with Gaea and sorta settles down
2004-2007: On and off in Austin, One of the know lovers Of Leland Wardrums, the King of summer of Austin, Supported his political drive through holding gatherings to encourage moral.
2007: Finds a lost hungry Vestigere in the hedge, Feeds him and keeps him from harm at the hands of Gaea
2007: Witnesses the Hunt come down on Leland and the Freehold, also tends to Zack for the following month.

Current Activities: Vagabond, riff raff, self employed. Vicky works both the human farm markets and winter/goblin markets.
Vicky's goods- while no one knows how or why she has the things she does, it is rumored she is one of the pearls, they however deny any connection, and Vicky, she only laughs oddly when asked. Often in market whither a human farmers market or changeling markets, she prefers the winter markets to the goblin ones, she deals in fruit. A few tokens or babbles might also sit on her blanket. Goblin fruit and peaches together side by side, she claims hedge goblins adore human produce and it makes for a more interesting mix. Sometimes though, Vicky will mention to a new customer that she can tell this is not what they are really looking for and offers them special things.

Background:You can find her in the farmers market if you are looking for her, sitting on a blanket with baskets of organic fruits and vegetables that she says was grown on the co-op. Sometimes there is fruit out of season on her blanket and when asked, she laughs a little and mentions green houses are for more then growing maryjane, it is an uncomfortable laugh. After the laugh is long dead in awkward silence, she looks up staring at first her guest feet and moves up to their face, making the soft musing comment of , “but fresh wholesome sun kissed produce is not really why you are here, is it?”
Friends: Vicky is lovely but hard to deal with for long periods of time, even to other elementals she is impossible to understand, her manners and thoughts so far distant from humans due to her time with her keeper, while she tends to be fair and helpful, often too late it is realized, that her motives in her actions are not what they seemed. This is not to say, she is unpleasant, just that she is that person you know who is great to be friends with as long as you only deal with her in small doses.

Rigger Vicky enjoys talking to him, it is rumored they met on a greyhound bus and spent 7 hours talking about the pollenation practices of the coupnettle, but regaurdless, vicky seems to think he is cool.
Dr Somnus - during her travels Vicky via the city got a nice 4 day vaction with the Good Doctor. Over all, he does not seem worse for wear from the experiance. Lately, when talking to or around Arty, Vicky tends to smile a little bit more.
Johnny - Vicky felt the need to take Johnny under her wing, and show them how to embrace spring, and deal business wise with other lost.
